I am a resourceful, ambitious, and results-oriented student and professional, and my broad-ranging interests include economics, mathematics, technology,and cycling. I have a strong professional track record that includes eight “top employee” awards across two companies, an impeccable sales record,and recognition for providing outstanding customer service.

I am also an accomplished secondary student with many notable academic achievements that include admission to the Academy for Talented Students, being hand-selected to represent EUC Sjaelland at the European Union Science Olympiad (EUSO), and six A-levels in subjects that include mathematics,economics, and marketing. HHX is a vocationally-oriented general upper secondary programme with a focus on administration, economics, and foreign language.

I am a student assistant in the Danish National Police IT department, where I analyse user data and the like from the different services that the Danish National Police offer to the public and internally to police officers. Furthermore, I have to present the data in a proper way via text and visual effects, fx. via HTML in emails, so given section leaders in the Danish National Police easily can understand performance of their department and the use of the available apps.

I assist customers, both In- and Outbound, in several ways. First and foremost, I find solutions for customers who are not able to pay their respective loans, by finding an appropriate payment plan. Secondly, I try to sell them an insurance, that can cover their loans if they should get fired, sick or the like. In addition, I try to add them to PBS, for automatic payments, welcome new customers and look them up in databases, such as RKI, for validity.
